The cancellation policy and terms vary for each product or service. If you encounter any issues with cancellation, you can contact our customer care team for assistance. Please note that cancellations may require processing time, depending on the specific terms and conditions of the product or service you’ve booked.

If you cancel a product or service after the specified cancellation deadline, a full cancellation penalty may apply, particularly for unused products or services.

By making a booking, you agree to cover the full cost of any booking, cancellation, and administrative fees for products or services that are not utilized. In certain cases, Exotica Vacations may charge additional cancellation or amendment fees, alongside those imposed by the travel service providers.

Exotica Vacations reserves the right to refuse any booking or purchase for any reason and is not liable for any resulting claims, losses, damages, or compensation. In such cases, Exotica Vacations will refund any unused funds paid by you for the booking.

For bookings already paid for and later canceled, refunds will be processed according to the refund policy mentioned during booking or purchase. Refunds for air tickets may take 30-45 working days, while hotel refunds may take 10-15 working days. Please note that refund policies may differ depending on the specific product or service.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

• Up to 30 days before check-in: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
• 30 to 15 days before check-in: 75% of the package cost will be charged.
• Less than 15 days before check-in: The full amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.
• No-show: The full amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.
• No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations due to natural disasters.
   

The cancellation policy may change, particularly during peak seasons when some hotels may charge a 100% cancellation fee.

Special Circumstances

In certain situations, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies, we may offer flexibility with our refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for special considerations, and we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Airline tickets (unless canceled by the airline)
• Certain hotel bookings or activities
• Travel insurance (once purchased)
